Aura Florals specializes in fresh floral arrangements, custom bouquets, and event floristry. We strive to display product colors and arrangements as accurately as possible. However, because flowers are a natural product, variations in color, size, and availability may occur depending on the season and regional sourcing.

• We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or higher value if the requested blooms are unavailable.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order with Aura Florals, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All payments must be received in full before an order is dispatched. We accept standard payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.

4. Delivery Policy

We proudly serve Bengaluru and surrounding areas. Our delivery guidelines are as follows:

• Deliveries are typically made during standard business hours unless a specific time slot is agreed upon.
• Please ensure the recipient’s address and contact number are accurate. Aura Florals is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
• If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them or leave the arrangement in a safe, designated spot.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are generally considered final. However, if your arrangement arrives in substandard condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or a partial refund at our discretion. Order cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aura Florals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability to you for any damages arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
